There are few tools required for accomplishment of a car stereo handling task. The usage of such tools will reduce the man power required and makes it easy. One such tool is the crimping tool. Tools have always been one of the major contribution to new kind of car stereo handling process. This will definitely help in the easy handling and usage of wires. The traditional crimping tool is the mechanical type of tool which requires human manipulations and proper handling as it quiet difficult to use without proper knowledge. There is one more crimping tool which is the electric crimping tool. But How to Install a Sub woofer in a Factory Stereo

Mechanical crimping tool has one draw back of difficulty in handling as it cannot deal with thick or rigid kind of wires. This dis advantage can be over come by using a electrical crimping tool. But using this tool without proper knowledge about its handling and operations may lead to disasters to the person handling it. Anything which is connected to electricity must be handled with care. The major things required for the usage is electrical tapes, crimping tool, crimp connectors and wires of course.

There are many types of electrical crimping tool which comes in many ranges. It comes in rings, blades, butts, spades etc. An electrical crimping tool may get into usage in any kind of operations like hi fi, auto wiring, appliance repair and many other mechanical process. Wires are cut to the appropriate sizes required.

From the end of the wire the insulation is stripped off. The exposed ends are elongated a little bit than the metal portion so as to enhance a connection with the crimp connector. the wires are crushed with a finger to make it straight so that it goes into the connector properly and gets connected firmly. This will make the process of insertion easier.

The connector should always be in contact with the metal portion of the wire so it is sent in to make proper connections. Only the wire for insulation can be allowed to expose out.

The connector is placed in the tool and it is squeezed hard. This is done to make the colour of the crimping tool and the electrical wire same. To ensure a good connection one can choose to do it with a lengthy wire where one can do this kind of work at various places. It is all dependent on the length.

There is one optional thing which can be done that is provide proper insulation by wrapping the connections fully with an electrical tape. This is for providing a safer working and handling environment. Before cutting the wire just leave some more extra wire to use it when a proper crimp is not done. The wire ends are to be handled properly or else the ends may cause holes or it may hurt your finger.
